In the previous assignment step you have discovered a process model yourself. Using a process model, conformance checking can be executed. However, detailed performance analysis is also possible.
Please apply performance analysis on the ‘Road_Traffic_Fine_Management_Process.xes.gz’ event log with (one of) the process models that you discovered. Please consider the bottlenecks that you found, but also their impact on the process as a whole. What could be a cause for these bottlenecks? Are they real bottlenecks? How could the bottleneck delay be reduced?
