Replay fitness is incorrect, replay fitness refers to how well the behaviour of the event log can be replayed in the process model. Generalization is incorrect, generalization refers to how well the process model describes the process as a whole, and not only the observed data. One of the factors is indeed that the process model might allow for more behaviour than observed in the data, but generalization is not evaluating this purely on the event log alone. Simplicity is incorrect, simplicity refers to how easy it would be for humans to read the process model.
